Leading Software Developer Opportunity

The software team designs, develops and tests flight systems for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles. A background in aerospace is not necessary to be successful, rather we look for smart engineers who love solving problems.
Responsibilities:- Develop reliable autonomous software systems and simulations to validate them.
- Develop prototypes to prove key design concepts and quantify technical constraints.
- Own all aspects of software development including design, testing and mission integration.
- Provide strong technical leadership focusing on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field and 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong software design and development skills.
- Experience with Rust, C++ and Python programming languages.
- Working knowledge of control theory.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Thorough knowledge of computer architecture and networks.
- Knowledge of physics, math and electronics.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization and unit testing skills.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends if needed to meet critical deadlines.
