About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, career-minded
Site Supervisor/Foreman
to join our team in Canberra. You'll play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile defence project, leading site activities and ensuring quality, safety, and collaboration across the build.

Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinating and delivering multiple subcontractor and trade packages (structure, services & finishes)
  • Developing short and medium-term construction programs
  • Leading quality control and site safety initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with engineering and commercial teams
  • Applying a strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and building-related goals

About You:

  • Intermediate experience in construction/building delivery in a site supervision/management role
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Experience with holistic trade package delivery (structure, services, and finishes)
  • Background with mid to top-tier builders/contractors/projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Diverse project experience preferred
  • Must be an Australian permanent resident
