Ontop Homes PTY.LTD' is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreperson to join our team in Canberra ACT and surrounds. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress and quality of work, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
- Provide guidance and support to the construction team

**What we're looking for**
- Experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreperson in the construction industry
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
