About The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of building repair projects, from site establishment to final handover. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring every job runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end repair projects including procurement, scheduling, documentation, and handover
  • Coordinate suppliers and trades to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate work programs using dedicated software
  • Maintain job files, produce progress and cost reports, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Lead safety initiatives including inductions, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Respond to client and customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Take part in after-hours emergency coordination on a rostered basis
  • Manage budgets and approve supplier invoices
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers
  • Expand our supplier network and promote company values

What You'll Need

  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related field)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of domestic insurance procedures (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow systems preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
  • Ability to learn new IT systems quickly
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
