The Opportunity

We are looking for Engineers and Supervisors with experience in
complex civil projects
, including:

  • Roads, rail, and subdivisions
  • Major earthworks
  • Bridgeworks and water projects
  • Heavy civil infrastructure

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering
    (or equivalent)
  • Experience on
    civil projects valued over $5m
  • Previous work on
    major earthworks, water, or heavy civil projects
  • Strong
    leadership and team management skills
  • High level of
    organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent
    communication skills
  • Exceptional understanding of
    OH&S policies
  • Ability to
    problem-solve and react quickly
    to workplace challenges
