Nulsen Casual Support Worker - Complex Behaviour Supports
We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide support for residents with complex behavioural support needs within their home.
Successful applicants to have good availability including morning, afternoon, weekends and sleep shifts.

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the delivery of quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and support people to achieve positive outcomes.
Our next induction and commencement date will be held 3 November 2025.This involves a 9-day paid induction where you will be equipped with the best training and knowledge to be a Disability Support Worker at Nulsen.
What you'll bring to the role:
- A minimum 1-years experience supporting individuals with complex physical and behavioural supports.
 - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
 - A strong understanding of positive behaviour support and active support.
 - Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to use your initiative.
 - Have flexible availability to fit in with our current rosters (including morning, afternoon, weekend, night, split and/or short shifts) and supporting community access.
 
What you'll need:
- A full Australian Driver's Licence.
 - Full work rights in Australia.
 - NDIS Workers Screen Clearance
 - NDIS Workers Orientation Module
 - Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) including CPR with at least six months validity.
