About the role:The Installations State Leader ensures efficient project execution and

service excellence across all regional teams. This role involves strategic

leadership, staff resourcing, process compliance, and customer

satisfaction at the state level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation jobs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Organize resources, equipment, and vehicles as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to a small team of installers.
  • Monitor performance and look for ways to improve processes.
  • Encourage teamwork and help resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Manage company vehicles, including bookings, servicing, and compliance.
  • Act as the main contact for the National Services Manager.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in installation or service-based work.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Trade certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and reporting ability.
  • Full Australian work rights.

Must-haves:

  • White Card certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Australian work authorization
