• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience

• Strong work ethic and ability to motivate others.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning (on and off the job) with ongoing solo mentoring from the owner.
• Passion for all aspects of gardening.
• Current driver's license (manual preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.

Opportunity:

• Contribute to the growth and success of the team and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the gardening team.
