Guest Support Manager | The Star Brisbane
The Guest Support Manager is responsible for monitoring guests for signs of gambling-related issues and providing appropriate support in line with The Star's Safer Gambling policies. This role involves managing customer relationships with tact, implementing and monitoring Safer Gambling programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations. The position also requires clear communication of policies to employees and flexibility to work across all shifts.

What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships, policies, and safer gambling strategies
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and show innovative thinking
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to the company.
- Effectively demonstrating the ability to make sound judgements and make informed decisions to mitigate risks
- Ability to identify indications of gambling issues and assisting guests in making decisions regarding their ongoing gambling safety
- Experience in guest relations, support services, social work, security, education or similar
