Team Leader, Complaints

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and inspiring leader to manage a team of Complaints Specialists within MUFG Retirement Solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.

You'll play a key role in shaping operational excellence and fostering a customer-centric culture.

About You

You're an experienced leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to motivate teams. Your background includes:

• Proven leadership experience in financial services or superannuation.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead change and manage through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• RG146 or equivalent qualifications highly regarded.
