About the role

As a Sales and Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales and service professionals. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, within the Bega Foods and Contract Manufacturing team, which is part of the Domestic Customer Service team. You are a point of escalation for customer complaints and for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BFCM team through daily order management- Address poor performance with the DCS Manager, and nurtures high performers.- Optimise work processes- Develop talent- Strengthen customer connections
