Current Opportunities

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following roles:

Maintenance Administrator

Support our site-based team with critical administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the Site Supervisor and field staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities across site operations
  • Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime including site compliance inspections.
  • Liaise with mechanics, electricians, and workshop staff to allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintenance records to ensure compliance
  • Assist with procurement of parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance jobs
  • Maintain accurate documentation including service logs, work orders, and reports
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards
  • Support the Site Supervisor with planning and reporting
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs
  • Uphold a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar admin role
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Valid Driver's Licence

LV Mechanic

Perform maintenance and repairs on light vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
  • Conduct routine servicing and inspections
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Work collaboratively with workshop and site teams

Skills & Experience:

  • Trade qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics
  • Previous experience in mining or industrial environments preferred
  • Strong safety focus and attention to detail

Auto Electrician

Provide electrical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and electrical repairs
  • Install and maintain electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Trade qualification in Auto Electrical
  • Experience with mining equipment highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Workshop Coordinator

Oversee workshop operations, scheduling, and resource management to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate jobs, work orders, parts, and personnel
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Support reporting and documentation with the maintenance team

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience in workshop or site coordination
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
