BEP Pumps and Irrigation are a Small Family-Owned local business specializing in Pump repairs and maintenance based from our workshop in Sarina and we are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following roles,

-Mackay and surrounds-based Pump Fitter on a Mon to Friday Style Roster.

  • Opportunity for on call.

Must have:

  • Cert 3 Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification or equivalent is a must have.
  • High level of experience in repairs and maintenance in all aspects of Water and Wastewater Pumps including all domestic and industrial applications.
  • Ability and willingness to work on sewage pumps, pump stations and treatment plants.
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
  • Current manual driver's license essential for role.
  • Supply tools of trade.

Experience and current competencies / qualifications an advantage:

  • MR license desired but not essential.
  • Forklift/Dogger/Rigger License/Non Slew/ Vehicle Loading Crane.
  • Coal Board Medical.
  • Standard 11.
  • Confined Space.
  • Welding and Fabrication Qualifications and Experience.

Rates and inclusions will vary depending on experience and role.
