We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our Dubbo team.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver industry leading service by proactively reviewing and monitoring jobs then communicating updates to customers.
  • Be responsible for ensuring timely sequenced site, maintaining appointment bookings to meet and maintain service levels.
  • Answer internal and external customer enquiries via multiple methods including face to face, system requests and email
  • Facilitate vehicle inspection (Digital and/or Onsite) and capture required images of the customer's vehicle to enable accurate estimating.
  • Support customers with general repair related enquiries throughout their customer experience journey.
  • Receive and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A valid & current Australian Drivers' license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks
  • Problem solving
  • Complaint handling
  • Team player
