Holsworthy Barracks

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Provide administrative support to Base operations including reporting, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, tracking action items to completion.
  • Arrange and manage supplier invoices, goods receipting, and other finance administrative duties.
  • Maintain document and data accuracy in systems such as Objective, GEMS, and INX.
    Process purchase orders, receipts, and other procurement documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, office systems, and record management processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative coordination role within a corporate or operational environment.
    Strong IT systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
