BGIS is seeking an **Administration Officer**to join our team in **Holsworthy, NSW**, on a fixed-term contract until **24/04/2026**. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our client’s facilities. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation as required.
- Support general office management and contribute to process improvements.

**About You**
- **Australian Citizenship**(required due to security clearance needs).
- Previous experience in an administration role or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
