About the Role
Waverley Toyota are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts and accessories to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service.
We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to help service all areas of the Parts Department, but predominantly back counter orientated.

  • Accurately interpret and source parts for workshop, retail, and trade customers
  • Process orders, quotes, and invoices in line with dealership procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues and manufacturer systems
  • Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries, and returns
  • Provide prompt and professional service to both internal teams and external clients

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar automotive role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver's licence
