Our client are a results driven team with a strong history of success, supporting a wide national network of stakeholders across the healthcare service sector.
The opportunity will provide you the opportunity to take on a portion of national entities within a fast paced and high volume environment, all the while adding value to their team and culture. While there is flexibility within the role (once trained), due to the complexities and volume of the role, there is a requirement to attend days in the office which is conveniently situated in the South East.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will report directly to an experienced National Payroll Supervisor who will guide and work collaboratively with you throughout the next phase of your career. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
- Fortnightly payroll processing for approximately 5000 Team Members
- Maintain Roster On timesheet systems and approve timesheets for pay runs
- Setting up new Team Members
- Maintain and Update Team Members Profiles
- WorkCover Payments
- Calculate Terminations and Redundancy payments
- Fortnightly reporting of Job Cost report and Overtime report
- Multiple Awards and EBA interpretation
- Maintain tickets with store queries and payroll errors
- Liaise with PCP and Area Managers regarding all Payroll related issues
- Ad-hoc MS Excel reporting when required
- Maintain Superannuation payments
To be successful my client requires the following attributes and skillsets;
- Experience using iChris is highly preferred, otherwise a similar payroll system
- High volume processing, upwards of 500 employees
- Exposure and understanding of complex EBA's
- Strong payroll knowledge
- Strong communication skills are essential
- The ability to work as part of a team environment, as well as managing your own workload in an autonomous fashion
- End to end experience, with a high attention to detail
