As we continue to grow and extend our creative team, we're on the lookout for a Childrenswear Textile/Garment Graphic Designer bursting with creativity, imagination, and a love for all things little and lovely to join us
As part of our close-knit design team, you'll work side-by-side with our Designers to bring whimsical prints, fun graphics, and gorgeous garments to life — creations that make kids (and parents) smile across Australia and New Zealand.

Textile/Graphic Designer – Days negotiable for the right candidate
We are seeking a talented Textile Designer to join our team — either in-house (days negotiable for the right candidate) or on a freelance basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Research colour and style trends
- Design textile, print and placement artwork for baby/children apparel
- Accurately interpret and execute briefs from the designers - yardages, placements, screen prints, embroideries, embellishments and more
- Create finished artwork, prepare feedback and correspond with offshore suppliers
To be successful you will have:
- Design qualifications with a focus on textile/garment print & embroidery (evidence of textile design experience required)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft office programs skills essential
- Excellent time management skills - you are reliable, extremely organised yet still flexible
- An ability to work quickly – you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment
- An ability to work in a small team but confident working autonomously when required
- Have an illustrative/ hand drawn handwriting
- An eye for colour and detail
To be successful you will have:
- Design qualifications with a focus on Childrenswear Apparel (evidence of fashion design experience required)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft office programs skills essential
- Excellent time management skills - you are reliable, extremely organised yet still flexible
- An ability to work quickly – you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment
- Be confident working autonomously and with a small team
- An eye for colour and detail
