At Perfection Dental in Bankstown, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Certified Oral Health Therapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. Our state-of-the-art clinic provides a modern, fresh, and welcoming environment designed to support both patient comfort and professional excellence. We are seeking a motivated and skilled clinician who is passionate about preventative care, patient education, and delivering outstanding oral health outcomes.

Preference will be given to candidates who are based in or around Bankstown, as we value team members who understand and connect with the local community. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional eager to contribute to the growth of a new clinic while working within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

In recognition of your expertise, we are offering a competitive 35% commission rate, along with the potential for a future partnership opportunity for the right individual who demonstrates dedication and alignment with our vision. The role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, providing a unique opportunity to engage with a steady patient base and develop long-term professional relationships.
