We have an opportunity for a food and beverage Store Manager to manage our Balmain Dolly's Acai store. This is a 5 day a week role on a rotating roster including weekends and evenings as required.
This role requires some travel so a valid drivers license and car is required. Onsite parking is provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall management of the operations of the store including managing staff, rosters, inventory management and customer management.
- Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
- Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
- Cashiering, and attending to customers
- Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
- Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Cleaning and housekeeping of premises
- Some social media work :)
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- High energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.
- Leadership experience in hospitality is essential.
- Process driven and strong level of understanding of operational efficiency and building processes.
- Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
- Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn
- A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
