**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Help customers find their perfect eyewear - from style to fit and comfort.
- Oversee store operations, including stock management and order processes.
- Provide expert optical advice: interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, and take fittings.
- Train and mentor team members in dispensing and store procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and manage optical orders.

- 3+ years of experience in optical dispensing or team leadership.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
