Store Manager – Nature Baby Balmain (Opening March 2026)

Nature Baby is a family owned business founded in 1998 by Jacob and Georgia Faull, inspired by the birth of their first daughter. What began as a small search for sustainable, natural products has grown into a globally loved brand, creating beautiful, organic essentials for babies and families that are kind to people and the planet.

Nature Baby create organic baby essentials that are soft, pure and free from nasty chemicals. Made ethically and sustainably so the world and its workers are supported. We exist to create and deliver organic products and innovative solutions that are better for baby, people and planet.

Our stores are calm, welcoming environments where we bring together the best for baby — naturally. They are also community hubs, supporting parents, grandparents, and friends as they navigate the early years with warmth, care, and confidence.

Our experiential stores are designed to be warm, calm environments bringing together the best for baby naturally. They're also community hubs for new parents who are navigating the journey of parenthood.

We're passionate about building meaningful connections with our customers by going the extra mile, creating a space where parents and children feel welcome, safe, inspired and informed about what's best for them, their babies and the planet. Our stores are also the perfect place for grandparents, friends and whanau to find treasures for the little ones in their lives.

We are now looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead our new Balmain store, opening in March 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to start now in our Paddington store, where you'll receive full training, support, and immersion into our Nature Baby culture before leading your own team and community in Balmain next year.

The perfect person for this role will be:

  • Friendly, approachable, outgoing and confident
  • A warm soul who enjoys working in and supporting a team helping them to grow and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Inspired and energised by connecting with all different types of people, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
  • Genuinely passionate about babies and children
  • Experience in a sales environment, and demonstrable sales skills
  • Passionate for organic and ethical products and inspiring others to do the same.
