Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in driving growth and establishing client relationships for PIRAN Boutique Builders. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. The role also involves liaising with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and project needs. This is a hybrid contract role based in Melbourne, VIC, allowing for a mix of in-office presence and remote work flexibility.

  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of construction processes, architectural design, and high-end project management is advantageous
  • Relevant academic qualifications in business, construction management, or a related field
