The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 technicians, maintaining and servicing pools, and ensuring our clients receive quality service solutions.

This role (and salary) will be developed together with the right candidate to step away from regular pool servicing into more complex job and team management. We want to support you to drive quality provision and sales through high level technical support and mentoring within the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to customers
  • Mentor, support and train a team of technicians
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Support the Operations Manager to manage stock and job allocation

Essential

  • Minimum2+ years of experience in the pool industry
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing teams
  • Knowledge of pool chemicals, mechanics/hydraulics, and water chemistry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to make decisions independently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience is great, but your mindset matters more.
