We're seeking a
Chief Operating Officer
to transform strategic vision into operational excellence across our growing network of services. As part of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll embed
"The Jabiru Way"
across 20+ sites,
managing both our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Community Services teams
to deliver safeguarding, quality, and innovation while driving sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead operational strategy and transformation, ensuring excellence across Queensland's growth corridors.
  • Directly oversee and align OSHC and Community Services teams
    , fostering collaboration and shared purpose across service streams.
  • Champion service delivery frameworks that exceed National Quality Framework standards.
  • Drive cultural transformation that strengthens safety, accountability and values alignment.
  • Lead workforce strategies for a predominantly young and casual workforce, fostering leadership and engagement.
  • Oversee multi-site operations, resource optimisation, and the integration of new services.
  • Implement digital transformation and operational technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • A senior operational leader experienced in
    multi-site management of diverse service streams
    , particularly OSHC and community services.
