Your Role as an Educator

Be part of a team where your work truly matters As an Early Childhood Educator, you will collaborate with experienced educators and our Centre Manager to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire little minds every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Design fun and interactive learning activities that spark curiosity
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and culturally inclusive environment where children flourish
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and your amazing team
  • Encourage independence, problem-solving, and creativity in young learners
  • Support children and families, making them feel at home
  • Assist with documentation and daily administration

About You

  • You hold an ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education)
  • Early childhood experience is highly regarded
  • You have a valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training certificate
  • You have a current Working with Children Check and National Police check
  • You have full Australian working rights
