Maven Insurance + Advisory (Maven) have an exciting opportunity to join our Torquay team in an Assistant Account Manager role.

Maven is currently undergoing an exciting growth journey and to support our expansion, we are ideally looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic Assistant Account Manager to join our down to earth, yet professional team.

This role would ideally suit a motivated self-starter, who enjoys working in a group environment, striving for team success and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong client relationships.  You will be joining a team that is truly invested in advocating for our clients in their time of need and committed to supporting clients along their insurance journey.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Portfolio management support including fostering and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assistance in developing new client relationships
  • Processing of all transactions
  • Providing customer service (telephone, email, mail) to clients, prospective clients, Underwriters and associated industry organisations
  • Maintaining professional relationships with Insurers / Underwriters for the provision of financial services to clients
  • Ensuring timely management of debtor collections
  • Claims handling
