About the role:

CCL is currently seeking an Office Junior to provide administrative support in a fun and energetic office environment based at our Nuriootpa site.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to our Customer Service and Sales teams, including processing customer requests
  • Prepare and scan materials into digital format using high resolution scanner
  • Collect & distribute mail
  • Retrieve documents and assist with document searches as required
  • General administrative tasks

This role is permanent part time, 20 hours per week worked Monday to Friday.

To be successful in this role you would have the following attributes:

  • Successful completion of Year 12 education
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility/ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly office space with a group of talented people. Additional training will be provided on the job as required.
