About Us

We are a small but growing electrical and civil construction company delivering high-quality projects across South Australia. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork, we support our clients with professional and efficient services. We are now looking for a motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our Adelaide office and provide direct support to our General Manager.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build their skills in administration and gain exposure to the construction industry. You'll be working closely with the General Manager, helping to keep operations running smoothly with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and maintain office supplies
  • Support project documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars
  • General office support as required
About You

We're looking for someone reliable, organised, and eager to learn. A professional attitude and strong attention to detail are more important than years of experience.

You will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
