A highly respected Australian organisation based in Sydney CBD has the need for full time Experienced Senior Payroll Officer with Payglobal System skillsto join this high energy, fun and friendly payroll team 

You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, entrepreneurial and ready to jump on board during a time of positive change 

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve the organisation's system capabilities, processes & service delivery that to reflect best practice principles & strategy. 

Responsibilities & duties are outlined but not limited to the following: 

  • Payglobal Payroll System Skills is highly desirable
  • Processing fortnightly high volume payroll
  • End to End Payroll Processing
  • Handling payroll related queries
  • New Employee Set up, changes and Terminations
  • Running payroll report
  • Processing invoices
  • Award Interpretations
  • Preparing and submitting superannuation payments

Skills required:

  • Payglobal Payroll System Knowledge
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • High problem solving and decision making skills
