Supervisor (Full-Time - Grand Central)

Peachy is seeking a Supervisor to join the team Peachy is a fast-growing, wrinkle prevention brand based in New York City. We offer the three scientifically demonstrated ways to prevent and treat facial wrinkles in our retail studios. It's our mission to make wrinkle prevention and treatment approachable, but also clinically excellent.
For this position, we are on the lookout for outgoing, compassionate individuals with an interest in shaping our Studio business. This position is neither traditional retail nor healthcare - it is the intersection of the best parts of both, resulting in a fun and exciting opportunity. This position will play an instrumental role throughout every customer and Peachy studio team member experience.
**What You'll Do**:
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture representative of our Peachy Core Values
- Act as "manager on duty" when Peachy Studio Manager is not present
- Consistently exhibit the ability to make timely thoughtful decisions
- Champion employee engagement efforts and create a supportive work environment
- Provide suggestions to support improvements to the client experience
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager on day-to-day operational priorities, employee engagement initiatives and quarterly team meetings
- Manage and order studio office supply inventory
- Partake in key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the studio and providing front desk coverage as needed
- Ensure the team consistently delivers great customer service in alignment with Peachy Core Values and mission
- Participate in department meetings and communicate with leadership to suggest process improvements
- Supports leading daily studio huddles as needed for team alignment for the day
**Who You Are**:
- Previous customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
- People management experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced studio environment
- Must be hands on - willing to chip in when necessary
- Proactive towards achieving studio targets
- Displays a sense of urgency and the ability to resolve client concerns on their own
- Utilizes time well and is productive throughout the entire shift while meeting studio operating procedures
- Excited to create a fun work environment, but willing to put in long hours when needed
- Passion for skincare and/or the Peachy brand is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends, opening and closing shifts, and some holidays
