Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team in ensuring exceptional cleanliness throughout our property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the housekeeping team, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
