Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Produce quotes in a timely manner
  • Following up with clients regarding quotes and upcoming projects
  • Use of EstimateOne
  • Liaising with customers regarding any changes required to their jobs
  • Securing new jobs and ensure all relevant information is placed into the quote system
  • Following up on the needs of customers with important sign offs and documentation
  • Communicating with all customers verbally, and via email to confirm agreed upon actions
You are…
  • Strong with numbers and estimating; your can read plans, take offs
  • Skilled with regards to following up customers and building relationships over the phone
  • Confidentwith liaising and negotiating with customers
  • Problem solving and solutions oriented
  • Systematic and organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Good understanding of safety and WHS
