About Us

Quick 'N Classy Cleaning is a small Airbnb cleaning business that focuses on high-standard, detail-oriented turnovers.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable cleaner to maintain a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse Airbnb in Leichhardt AND a lovely 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Kogarah.

  • Perform full Airbnb turnovers (bed making, bathrooms, kitchens, general cleaning)
  • Follow checklist and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Take before/after photos after each clean
  • Communicate promptly if linen, products, or items need attention

What We Provide

  • All cleaning products and equipment (including vacuum stored at property)
  • Pre-filled cleaning sprays, mop, and cloths (you'll have your own kit box)
  • Clean linen is provided on the property
  • Clear checklists and easy training for Airbnb standards
  • Support and communication directly with Leila (owner)

Work Frequency

The role involves around two-three cleans per week, with flexible scheduling based on guest bookings.

Cleans usually scheduled between 10am and 4pm depending on guest check-outs/check-in. Workload may fluctuate week to week depending on occupancy.

How We Keep Organised

Schedule is provided through the Turno app (you'll receive notifications for each job).

WhatsApp groupchats used to discuss any important information, updates, issues etc.

What You'll Need

  • Great cleaning experience is ESSENTIAL (Airbnb, domestic, residential or commercial)
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • A phone for Turno access and photo uploads
  • (Optional) ABN - if you prefer to invoice per clean instead of being paid hourly

Pay Options

  • Casual Employee: $30–$35/hr (including casual loading)
  • ABN Contractor: Flat rate per clean (approx. $90-$100 depending on time required)

Rates are reviewed after 4 weeks based on performance and reliability.

More work will be needed around Sydney beyond the properties described in this listing as business grows.
