About Us

We're Coastal Vibe Cleaning Services — a local, family-run business servicing holiday homes, Airbnb properties, domestic clients, and commercial sites across the Bay and Basin area. We take pride in consistency, reliability, and old-fashioned attention to detail.

About the Role

We're looking for two reliable and motivated casual cleaners to join our growing team.

You'll help with a mix of Airbnb turnovers, domestic cleans, and the occasional commercial job. You'll work independently or alongside another team member, with clear checklists and full support from our management team.

Hours

Casual role with flexible hours, typically between 6–20 hours per week to start, depending on bookings and your availability.

As our business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased hours and potential permanent positions for the right people.

Pay

From $32 – $38 per hour + super, paid under the Cleaning Services Award.

Weekend and public holiday loadings apply.

You'll Need

  • A good eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Phone for job communication (text or Connecteam app)
  • Ability to work around Huskisson, Vincentia, Sanctuary Point, St Georges Basin and Sussex Inlet
