About Us

Central Coast Cleaning Co is a premium residential, Airbnb and commercial cleaning service operating across the Central Coast & Lake Macquarie. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability and high-quality cleaning with consistent standards.

We are a new business and developing a pool of cleaners to join our team, we are looking for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, professional company.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Level 2 Casual Cleaners to join our team.

Your duties include:

  • Residential home cleaning (regular & deep cleans)
  • Airbnb turnovers (stripping beds, staging, restocking)
  • Commercial & office cleaning
  • End-of-lease cleaning (optional but preferred)
  • Following strict cleaning checklists
  • Completing jobs using our digital system (ServiceM8)
  • Maintaining high quality, consistency & professionalism
  • Recording travel between jobs
  • Working independently or in teams

You must already understand the fundamentals of professional cleaning and know how to meet client expectations.

Pay & Conditions

We offer one of the strongest pay packages in the region:

$33.50 per hour + 11.5% Super

Paid travel time between jobs

$0.50 per km reimbursement (between jobs only)

All equipment, chemicals & supplies provided

Flexible weekday hours

Professional, supportive team

Uniform provided

Award-compliant casual employment

What We're Looking For

Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.

You must have experience in at least one of the following:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Airbnb/holiday rental cleaning
  • Commercial or office cleaning
  • End-of-lease cleans
  • Hotel housekeeping

We are looking for cleaners who:

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality results
  • Communicate well with clients
  • Can follow checklists and standards
  • Work well independently
  • Are comfortable with an app-based workflow

Requirements

You must have:

  • Previous cleaning experience (min 6 months)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Your own reliable car
  • A smartphone
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
