About the role:

This traineeship role offers hands-on experience across multiple service lines, working closely with supervisors, clients, and service providers to develop a well-rounded understanding of property and facilities management :

  • Actively engage and support the various teams.
  • Data collection, validation, management and uploading to various platforms
  • Report writing and communicating of reports as required
  • Participate as required in meetings, forums and working groups.
  • Complete tasks within the agreed time with a consistent quality of work output
  • Other duties as requested by your direct manager or specific rotation.

What we're looking for:

  • Keen interest in the property industry
  • Previous experience in property, facilities management, finance, procurement, or health & safety (paid or unpaid) preferred
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills-face-to-face, phone, and written
  • Identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
  • Works well as part of a team
