About the role

  • Customer service experience in the Telecommunication industry is a bonus
  • Problem-solving and being able to make decisions on your feet
  • Answering incoming service calls and emails
  • Converting bookings over the phone
  • Scheduling of work for Technicians
  • Invoicing and cost management
  • Dealing with Contractors on a national basis
  • Ordering and Tracking of equipment
  • AroFlo system knowledge preferred

Prior experience within a Service Management capacity is an advantage.

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven leader who encourages continuous improvement
  • Commercial focus and business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Relevant degree of Service Systems and Procedures
  • Experience in Telecommunications or in a similar work environment preferable
  • You must have a strong IT understanding.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high motivation to succeed.
  • Be reliable, professional and have a strong work ethic
  • Problem-solving and high attention to detail
  • A team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated / a self-starter
  • Attention to detail, ability to set priorities and deal with a demanding workload
