Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, for a Youth Worker. The Youth Worker will be responsible for providing support and mentoring to young people, facilitating youth programs, assisting in the delivery of youth services, and collaborating with other social work professionals. Duties also include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, and contributing to the planning and evaluation of services.
Qualifications
- Youth Work, Youth Services, and Youth Mentoring skills
- Social Work skills and experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work, or related fields
- Experience working with vulnerable and disadvantaged youth
- First Aid and CPR Certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
