Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail is critical? Virbac Australia is looking for a Document Control Officer to join our Quality Department at our Penrith manufacturing facility.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept it :

  • Own our Quality Document and Record Systems: You'll be the master of our documentation, making sure everything is in its right place and up to the highest standards.
  • Champion GMP Compliance: You'll play a vital role in managing our GMP training system, ensuring all processes and records are accurate, visible, and fully compliant.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A "Code Breaker" Mindset: You can interpret the APVMA regulatory framework related with documentation and records management and translate it into clear, actionable procedures, then confidently train staff on them.
  • Clear Communication: You have excellent written and verbal skills, making you a great collaborator and trainer.
  • A Need for Speed: You can type at a minimum of 60 words per minute, allowing you to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy Skills: You're proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Project Management Prowess: You have basic project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • A Self-Starter Spirit: You're capable of working quickly and independently.
  • Master of Organisation: You're a natural at planning and organising, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Unwavering Attention to Detail: You have a passion for precision and a deep care for the quality of your work.
  • Team Player Attitude: You're excited to contribute to a small, dynamic, enthusiastic team.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is a bonus.
