Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Adviser Support Officer, located in Scoresby, Victoria. The Adviser Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to financial advisers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial documents, managing client records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with clients to address their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience with preparing financial documents and managing client records
  • Strong administrative skills, including appointment scheduling and document management
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in office software and financial management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in financial services or a related field is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, business administration, or related disciplines preferred
