We have an exciting opportunity for an Adviser to join our team in a flexible advice role servicing a diverse client base. Supporting our Mildura office, this is a truly agile role and has the flexibility to be on a Fly In Fly Out basis.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Adviser to join our team in a flexible advice role servicing a diverse client base. We have strong client growth in our Mildura office and are seeking an experienced professional to support the team. This is a truly agile role and has the flexibility to be on a Fly In Fly Out basis.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Providing strategic financial planning and investment advice to a sustainable and profitable portfolio of existing regional clients
- Collaborating and communicating with clients to understand their financial objectives
- Generating revenue growth through client and internal referral
- Servicing, retaining, and delivering solutions to meet client needs
- Working towards achieving annual revenue targets
