With offices in Collingwood and Greensborough, we work closely with an established accounting firm, giving us a strong referral base and the ability to offer truly integrated advice. Our focus is on long-term relationships, outstanding client outcomes, and creating a supportive environment where advisers can thrive.

You'll step into a client-facing role from day one, managing a book of sophisticated clients while developing new opportunities through referrals.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with HNW clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored strategies
  • Provide holistic advice across investments, superannuation, retirement, and wealth creation
  • Build new opportunities through referrals, networking, and business development
  • Work alongside paraplanners, client service staff, and accountants to deliver seamless client outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • FASEA compliant
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser
  • Relevant degree qualifications in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record advising HNW clients
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Technically competent across structures, tax strategy, SMSFs, and portfolio construction
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, results-driven approach
