PAGE Tasmanian Freight has rapidly established itself as a key player within the Tasmanian freight scene.

An opportunity has recently arisen for someone to join us in a Customer Care role in our Derwent Park office.

You would be working alongside a small team and assisting with the daily operations of our freight hub.

General Job tasks and Responsibilities


•     Coordination of and ability to complete all office administration including reception, couriers, greeting clients, manning phone line and filing


•     Ordering office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies


•     Assisting in payroll administrative functions


•     Assisting in operational coordination


•     Facilitating purchase orders


•     Booking and communication of freight pick up's and pricing


•     Understanding pallet arrangements


•     Other tasks as directed

Skills and Experience


•     Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)


•     Excellent verbal and written communication


•     Organized and able to meet deadlines


•     Work independently


•     Team player


•     Proactive


•     Agile – ability to work to and outside the set processes

Experience


•     Interest in Transport


•     Customer Service
