About you:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Officers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to residents in our aged care facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Experience in Aged Care.
  • Contemporary Clinical skills and excellent People skills.s.
  • An excellent communicator (in English and Italian desirable) with a proactive attitude
  • Demonstrates a high standard of personal appearance and conduct that is clean, neat, tidy and punctual

  • Current influenza vaccination

  • Availability, days and hours per week
  • Current police check or NDIS check
