Nice now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Customer Care Officer to join their high performing team

**About the Opportunity**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Servicing complex customer enquiries in an inbound contact centre
- Providing customers with up-to-date product information
- Being an expert across a range of products and services
- Playing an integral role in developing and maintaining strong customer and third-party relationships
- Acting as the first point of resolution
- Meeting and exceeding customer focused KPI’s
- Lead generation and referrals for the wider business
- Updating all procedural documentation relating to the Sales role
- Establishing effective relationships and collaborations with other departments

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focussed with a demonstrated 2+ years minimum experience in a similar customer service/call centre position. To effectively resolve client enquiries, you will have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and negotiation skills, including telephone manner
- The ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously
- Technically savvy with the capability to work with/navigate many IT systems including Microsoft Excel and an ERP System (AX)
- A current valid Australian driver’s licence
