CMA Construction is currently looking to recruit a (Snr) Site Manager to join our highly motivated and professional Construction Team located in Broome WA on the Cable Beach redevelopment Project -Stage 2.

Stage 1, of the Cable Beach Project is currently a National Finalist within the MBA awards for 2025.

About the role

CMA is seeking a hardworking and professional Site Manager to lead the site management team currently in place. In this role, you will be expected to lead safety compliance, programme delivery and ensure budgets are met, working closely with the site based Project Manager.

This role is on a 2:1 roster

Qualifications & Experience:

· Track record in building or related Industry.

· Previous working experience as a Site Manager for (5+) years

· In-depth knowledge of Project / Site Management

· BSc/BA in Construction Science/Management. (or relevant field) or Trade qualification preferred.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Remote / regional Working Environment.

· Roster - DI/DO or FI/FO.

· Onsite supervision/Management of directs and subcontractors.

· Management of all site trades.

· Internal reporting.

· Ensure adherence to company's Work Health and Safety [WHS] policies, procedures, rules and standards and follow reasonable directions

· Management of Safety on site.

· Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours

· Ensure all works are constructed to contract documents and within the allocated program timeframe safely and correctly

· Project Planning/reporting - short term programmes

· Comply with all company Quality Systems, policies and procedures

· Assist Project Managers with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

· Assist project management staff with written "scopes of work" to be included in subcontract as required.
