About The Role
As Assistant Park Manager, you'll work closely with the Park Manager to oversee operations, ensure a high standard of guest service, and lead the team when required. It's a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on people, presentation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting daily operations and handling after-hours needs
  • Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
  • Mentoring and supporting team members across departments
  • Assisting with budgeting and reporting
  • Maintaining compliance, safety, and excellent park presentation
  • Contributing to guest satisfaction and local marketing efforts

About You
You're a strong, results-driven leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a guest-first approach to everything you do.

You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience – accommodation preferred, but top-performing managers from other sectors are highly valued
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Financial awareness and experience with basic budgeting and reporting
  • Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems is a bonus
  • Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
