Midwifery/Nurse Unit Manager - Wagga Wagga/Young Region

Great opportunity to join an industry leader in a job-share role working across midwifery and general nursing, seeking a passionate clinical leader to join the team on a permanent part time basis. 

The Role

  • Permanent part time role - 4 days per week
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership promoting patient centred care and collaborative work culture
  • Flexible working conditions to ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Become part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Highly desirable job-share role working across midwifery and general nursing

Requirements

  • Dual nurse/midwife registration with AHPRA
  • Previous management/leadership experience
  • Experience across all areas of midwifery
  • Passion for employee development, patient centred care and developing collaborative team environment
